He began to explore the video medium when he directed an abstract series of shorts, Minimal: The Nature Scene and Searching for Confusion: 1998 with a VHS camcorder.He wanted to expand his writing, so he wrote a short film entitled, Happy Ending, in which he also directed, co-starred, and produced. It played in some U.S. festivals and created some buzz. This is when he created his production company, Mindset Films.Currently worked as an Assistant Director on one of the stories in "Lost Suburbia". A new horror film based on local Long Island horror stories. And production has just finished on "The Ghouligans" a web horror series by the Slack Pack. Dino has Directed, Co-starred, Assistant Directed and also shot some of the skits.He was approached by friend and fellow actor, Jake Weisz, for a story about a man with OCD. He completed the writing and they began pre-production on "Jackson" together. The film was completed in April 2006 and is playing in festivals all over the U.S.Started performing in local plays and picked up directing stage plays.
